Review on Dovo Horn Handle Straight Razor by Jessica Hill

The Dovo Bergisher Lowe is one of Dovo's finest razors. An excellent choice for both beginners and experienced straight razor users in terms of workmanship and functionality. One downside is the size, 5/8 is the most common razor size today, but it just doesn't work for very coarse facial hair. I prefer 7/8 or more. Another thing is that stainless steel doesn't shave as closely as high carbon blades. Pros: Nice, low maintenance, overall great razor. And NO factory blade really comes ready to shave. It will be very sharp but will need to be sharpened by a professional prior to your first shave unless it says it has been professionally sharpened before shipping.
