So disappointing. They are so unstable and thin. The only parts that work as advertised are the adjustable arms. They move up and down. They fold up for storage when you get up, they raise your hands to use them, THEY DO NOT LOCK IN POSITION! When you're trying to fill your pockets, your hands are constantly trying to fall off. The clips don't hold up well. The base is not flat, the plastic is cheap hence it is curved and the item wobbles on the counter. I manage to use them, but only with my own modifications. First, the elastic is wrapped tightly around the bottom of the legs to keep them upright, which works, but also tightens the legs and makes the eating opening even smaller. Second, after inserting the ends of the bag into the clips, I attach another spring-like paperclip on top to really hold the bag. Of course, they also get in the way when food is poured in, get very dirty and have to be washed after each use. Also make sure that the bottom of the bag you are using rests on the bottom of the stand. Shorter bags such as Small freezer bags, for example, should have something underneath to support them. DO NOT rely on the strength of the clips to hold the bag. Such a good idea, but terrible execution.
