If we put our belongings under an umbrella on the beach, we don't have enough shade. It was time for me to get some more, but I was still able to carry and manage myself. This pop up tent was exactly what I was looking for. It took me a while to figure it out the first time, but I've used it twice and it just got a whole lot easier. It provides excellent sun protection for young children and protects our cooler and phone from direct sunlight. It is also easy to carry and not heavy thanks to the integrated shoulder strap. That's very important to me when I'm taking four kids, a fridge, towels, snacks, and a watercraft to the beach. I am happy with this purchase and plan to use it for years.
