I've wanted to install a monitor directly above my desk for a long time, but didn't know how to do it. I kept researching arms, wall mounts, and all sorts of attachments that might get the job done, but they were either too expensive or didn't match my cheap Target desk. This thing saved the day. It was exactly what I needed. It attaches to the back of the deck with a VERY strong clamp. This was my main concern as I have a thin slat under the wood top of my desk which I figured would completely ruin any arm placed that way. But he hugs it like a bear and I'm not afraid it will ever come loose or slip off. The device itself has a very low profile, allowing me to place my desk right up against the wall without worrying about it touching anything or anything. It also features multiple adjustment brackets and cable management clips, keeping installation clean and flexible.
