The device is very easy to use, it doesn't even take 5 minutes to become a pro at handling it. Haven't used it on a trip yet, but the sound and connection quality is very good. My only complaint is that I wish the connector that went from the mic to the receiver was a few inches longer, but that only made me place the receiver further on the helmet than I would have liked. Although it doesn't affect usability. Even if it needs to be further removed, it is still very natural to use. It's definitely a great product if you're on a budget or if you're riding alone or with a couple of friends.
