The ability to be able to track all of our invoices electronically is very helpful for us as we are constantly sending out billing statements via email or snail mail to customers that have not paid their bills in time! I wish there was more flexibility with dates when an invoice would expire but it's good enough most times so no complaints here either way though :) It makes everything super easy because now my team can easily see anything they need from accounting right away without having to run back into Accounting every single day just to check something specific about how many accounts receivable outstanding checks exist etc.. They also provide excellent customer service if you ever do get stuck somewhere along your journey through this software!! Nothing really bad at least nothing too big lol (that i've come across) We use focused mainly to keep up-to date information regarding open balances/accounts payable between vendors & clients which helps immensely during audits where things like these discrepancies are checked.
