I recommend the "lite" version or the one with the lower back cushion. I can't compare it to the Elite bracelet as I don't have it. However, I can say with certainty that it is extremely comfortable to wear during long, hour-long activities. And the removable back padding is a big plus as you can clean it up after those sweaty gaming sessions. There are some downsides, but I personally don't see them as a major obstacle. Installing on your Quest 2 is very difficult and you might seem like you are about to break it. But to snatch the stakes, you have to make a lot of effort. And finally, the plastic sounds cheap, I don't mind that, but I know some people will. I gave it 5 stars because the comfort, removable ear pads, solid construction (I dropped the headset once and it was fine), dial design, and secure donning far outweigh the two downsides I mentioned. TLDR;Pros:•• Inexpensive• Convenient• Removable pads • Sturdy construction • Face design allows for easy rotation Cons: • Plastic construction feels cheap and flimsy • Requires a lot of force to attach
