It's a transparent sticker, but it works.
Don't expect this to be like the protective glass you put on your expensive smartphone. This is a clear piece of vinyl with adhesive on one side. It does what it's supposed to do, at least for now, but it's just a clear sticker. This protects the screen from scratches (hopefully?), but probably doesn't offer any real protection from real damage if your child falls directly on the watch. Or, for example, trying to test his strength with a hammer on himself.
