So I was skeptical about this product but since a friend highly recommended it I gave it a try. First let me say that you should definitely drink plenty of water when using this pre-workout supplement. This is because it makes you sweat more than usual. When I train, it's usually a 1-2 hour mix of cardio and strength training. When I'm done, I might sweat a little less than others. what is my body When I exercise post workout (I usually give it 30 minutes ahead of my workout) I start sweating less than 30 minutes into the workout. Whether I start cardio or weightlifting, the effect is obvious. I didn't try it when I wasn't working, so I don't know how my body reacted to it during daily activities. Note that this is one of the few I've tried that causes a slight burning sensation in the throat when drinking. It's gone for me in a minute. Overall, apple melon tastes good and suits me!
