I converted the roll bar mount to a mount to use on my car console. There are times when I need to have laptimers and/or photo equipment within reach. It served the purpose very well. The original mounting plate was lost so I wasn't sure what size to order. My other two tripods had the same mount, but their plates didn't match. If you are looking at this type of mounting plate you probably already know that you need to measure the width of the base rosette at its widest point as shown in the photo as that is how they are measured. A pair of digital calipers work very well as your measurements need to be fairly accurate. But my size is 41.68mm, do you order size 41mm or 42mm? I ordered 41mm and it fits perfectly.
