Very cute raincoats. Loops make it easy to put on and take off. I'm my daughter's normal size, 13, and while I find they are true to size in length, they are a little roomy over the foot and around the leg. And since the soles of the shoes are a bit heavy, it was a bit difficult for them to walk in them. We added a second set of included insoles which helped. The gift bag is a nice touch. This is perfect when I send her boots to school. She loves pastel rainbows with sparkles and of course lights. I recommend them for the price, quality and style, but if your child has thin feet and legs it may be difficult to walk in them.
