Very nice hat. The subtle pattern helps hide sweat marks. The main fabric has a very fine (micro) perforation that is not found in the regular Delta fabric. You can't see it directly, but you can see it if you hold it up to the light. Unfortunately I have to repeat that it is SMALLER than other L/XL Flexfit caps. I have a HUGE head and can usually fine tune XL caps to avoid headaches by making small cuts in the elastic. Fits regular Delta models (which are more prone to sweat stains) and most standard Flexfit L/XL models. But this "delta melange" material is either slightly less stitched or slightly less stretchy, as no tailoring eases the tension enough for comfortable all-day wear. Total crap because I love this hat.
