Not the size they are talking about!

Allegedly 15" instead of 14". It's written that it's 100% cotton, and it's not cotton, it's ripped! I wasn't happy with it at all, I was planning on cutting it for a project but it ripped as soon as I cut it! It's ok if you want to use it as a runner!
