Love this shower head and filter. The water comes out very soft and clean. We have very hard water where I live and I noticed an immediate improvement in my hair and skin in about 2-3 days. The shower head holes are very small and the water comes out with a good but gentle pressure. I would not use this to relieve a sore or tight shoulder or back. There are no instructions in the box, so use this list to explain the three modes. It was very easy to install and worked straight away.
