I only gave 4 stars because the backrest part is too thick, I would have to move my seat all the way back to be able to use it . It's damn convenient, but not practical. I use the head/neck piece (which was my main issue) and I LOVE it. My Audi's headrest didn't support my head and that filled the gap. It's supportive and very soft!
