Cute Design But Too Small
The design of this skirt is really cute and funny. I like the way it looks even if it runs small. I ordered my usual medium size and it is about 3 inches smaller at the waist. I needed 2 sizes to fit. The quality is ok. Good, but not something you can wear for years.
