We received one of these toys from our kids list and it has become his favorite toy. Of all the teeth we have, he seems to choose this one all the time. We actually lost it moving cross country and he loved it so much I ordered a second one only to find the first the day the second arrived so we're keeping it in the car for now and one too home. There are no holes. Where water can pool inside it's a tough piece and very easy to detach if it falls on the floor or whatever. Due to the material, it attracts a lot of fluff and wool. So if you have dogs, this is something to consider. But every time ours falls on the floor because we have a dog, we just wash it off. It feels very durable, and even with our little fella chewing on it, it's like none of the handles are going to break or anything. I recommend it to anyone who is teething. We found it useful to have a small brush to get into the lugs when you're cleaning them. Definitely not a con that we have other teething toys that are much more difficult to clean than this one.
