like the feeling on the heels and forefoot, very nice padding, difficult to describe but well done. The cork sole is really great. The slip ons have a very soft feel all over, only the heavenly size runs small, go up a half or full size if unsure. These are my favorite slippers and I wear them a lot. I prefer soft ones, not everyone does that. recommended.
