The chair is excellent for its price. It looks very nice and very large (at least for me) - I'm 5ft 7in, about 140lbs female - it's very roomy for me. The pillow isn't overly soft, if you're looking for a memory foam feel you might not like it. I personally like it. The wheels are smooth and slide without problems. The chair reclines enough to be fairly comfortable to lie in, but wobbles a little when it's raised. It also comes with a massage cushion - basically it vibrates, nothing fancy but a nice touch for those of us with lower back issues lol. -30 minutes), looks great. Delivery 2 days earlier than planned, no problems.
