This pizza peel works exactly as you would expect. I like that the handle is removable so you can wash the metal part as it's the only part that gets dirty. The metal finish scratches fairly easily (mine scratched a slice of frozen pepperoni), but I didn't expect it to look pristine forever. The wooden handle is nice and feels nice and solid and the hardware is beefy. I would recommend this scrub if you are in the market.
