Review on Cambron HR Manager by Mike Ken

The ease of use makes it so much easier than other programs I've used in the past to make reports for our manager! It's also very easy to update information after you create your report (which takes some getting used too). There are many features/tools within this program which can be confusing if not well versed in using them all. Definitely give it a try as there is no better option when making annual reviews and performance appraisals! We're able to do these things quickly, accurately, and efficiently compared to manual processes we were doing previously. Reports have improved by being accurate while keeping up with changing requirements. Also saved time from having to manually enter info into spreadsheets and copy/paste back and forth between two places.
