Very thin, hard and cheap. A pack of 12 arrived in a bag just over an inch thick to give you an idea of how flimsy they are. After two washes the seams came undone so re-sew on arrival. No matter how much fabric softener you use, they're going to be harsh. I ended up using them to wipe car tires and polish things but I was afraid to use them on my skin, wish I had a croc to wash them! They're definitely good for keeping up with the 'super arm' brand and I can use them next time I need to sharpen my knives too (sarcasm). I have several Revain washcloths and the ones that were actually the best I've had but they are terrible.
