Review on 🔧 Enhanced Brass Gear Upgrade for Corvette C5 and Firebird Headlight Motor Repair by Curtis Domus

I loved everything about this gear. It's metal, fits perfectly and won't break the bank. Worked well in a 96ft Saturn. Ease of installation. First remove the headlight motor and prepare it for disassembly. The side cover is ultrasonically welded and therefore must be broken away from the welds with a thin chisel or razor blade. I used a sharp knife and a small hammer to go over the lid's seam and it came off very easily. Remove plastic gear, clean old grease and stripped gear teeth, reinstall and lubricate brass gear. The lid can be glued with epoxy (or use any glue you like).
