I like that it is easy to use, with lots of different ways for you to create reports or dashboards depending upon what information is most important to you! This software could be more user friendly if there were some way to have multiple users access at once without having them all log in separately (which can take time). It's great when we want to see our community impact but don't know how much money was spent overall by each organization/nonprofit etc - this makes creating those types of reports super simple!! We are able to easily track where funds go from one grantee to another as well as within individual grants, which helps us keep better tabs on spending so we're not missing out on any opportunities.
