Use the pump! on Party Supplies

I was disappointed at first but read the insert and you were right. You MUST use a pump. You inflate, as they say, with a pump, without it in any way. I've maxed out a few times and they've popped, so pay close attention to the size, but I'd suggest you max the limit at least once to really see their true power.
