Economic option.
I used this speaker as a living room speaker as my TV speakers are not very good. The volume control is excellent and balanced. I've only used it with RCA on 1/8 stereo from TV to speaker and so far the sound is very good for what I need and like. Note: I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and my living room is 15x20.
