I've worn these gloves snowboarding a total of 5 times. yeah looks cool And they're comfortable BUT when temperatures drop below 10-15 F, they're not warm enough to keep fingers warm all day. It was only after putting on the glove five times that I noticed that the seam had come undone. Your approach to customer service is archaic as I have to pay to send the gloves back for evaluation, whatever that means. For the price of these gloves I expected more. The quality may have been there in the past, but do yourself a favor and take a hard PASS on this one.
