Constant humidity!

These gloves are very comfortable and temporarily warm! They're not even waterproof. Before the first day I treated them with nikwax leather waterproofing agent. After an hour they were soaked and after a few hours my hands were WET inside. They also cannot be dried. The skin dries for a few days and the fleece lining gets wet every time. Plan to be wet with them all the time. I drive with night vision and the snow is wet and heavy and if a piece of snow gets in the cuff it's game over for…

Not Your Father's Gloves

I've worn these gloves snowboarding a total of 5 times. yeah looks cool And they're comfortable BUT when temperatures drop below 10-15 F, they're not warm enough to keep fingers warm all day. I should have done more research as this seems to be a common problem. At least they will live forever. Oh wait, THEY REALLY SHOULD NOT BE FOREVER. It was only after putting on the glove five times that I noticed that the seam had come undone. Your approach to customer service is archaic as I have to pay…

Love! But not as warm as I had hoped.

The quality is amazing and I love the grip I get from them. How can you beat the skin I mean they are very sexy. The only downside for me is that they are not as warm as my Burton nylon coveralls so I can use them on really cold days. Maybe I'm comparing apples to oranges a bit if overall warmth is a factor I might not like, that's the only reason it doesn't get five stars. But I'm a snowboarder and I need less grip; I grab my board several times a day. This is after a legitimate 3 day trip and

This is fake!

This is fake! We noticed an odd fit upon receipt, then took the gloves to the official retailer and compared the two items. There were clear differences. Lower quality leather processing, poor quality cutting and gluing of the leather, the logo is poorly made and not convex. I am very disappointed as this was bought as a gift and the recipient found it was not authentic - how embarrassing! Revain needs to do something about this counterfeiting problem, I'm losing faith in buying anything other…

Good gloves for skiing in cold weather

These gloves work well on cold but not very cold days. The cuffs are a bit short and work best with a jacket or shell that has sleeves that are too long as the jacket needs to be worn over gloves. I like the trigger finger aspect as a great compromise between glove and mitten. This is my second pair but the first is blue. Unfortunately, the included skin balm darkens them, which is annoying but to be expected. Without balm, they recently got soaked on a wet, snowy ski day. I also really like…
