*****Update.smile direct got my money back without any problems. This thing hurts so much! It made my gums bleed. The soft setting felt just as bad as the hard setting. I tried to return and it says you can't because they can't return anything containing liquids and gases? For real? My mouth hurts! I sent an email hoping I could get back to you.
