I recently bought this brush and after reading the reviews I didn't know what to expect. I've already had the previous flexible brush-like fan, so I know this style will pull less hair. The fact that this brush is stronger and has denser bristles than this one is just a big plus. The day of the wash I had almost no hair loss and I don't think it broke. Detangled my hair very quickly, it only took a few passes with the brush, it was amazing. I know some people have complained that it doesn't fit in the hand, but it does have a thumb curve on the side. Because of this, I had to hold it slightly differently, where my thumb rests on the side of the hand rather than the front or back, but actually it was much more comfortable and my hand was less tired.
