I bought this Dell Optiplex with webcam and Philips wireless keyboard and mouse as a budget alternative to an elderly couple's HP 2100 All-in-One whose hard drive failed after 8 years of use. Of course these people. 91 and 85 knew nothing about backups, let alone remembering passwords and account codes and never changing their accounts when updating phones or addresses. So installation was a real hassle, as was the difference between Windows 8 and 10. Installation was easy when I called support and asked about the keyboard and mouse not working. The brochure is a Chinese product, as is the keyboard and mouse, and never mentions a USB dongle hidden in the mouse that can be taken out and plugged into one of Dell's USB ports. Once I cleared the hurdle, everything went well. The elderly couple are happy again with all the new accounts and a man who should be retired living next door to help out.
