My teenage daughter injured her ankle playing soccer, thankfully not a sprain. Of all the support available, her chiropractor recommended Zensa as he found it worked for him. Her ankle has healed so she doesn't need it for now unless the pain returns. Very satisfied with price and performance! It's a little tight, so consider the next size up. The chiropractor measured it, so we went with the medium, even though it's somewhere between small and medium. I find that a tighter fit is needed to keep everything in place at the ankle. She wears size 6 women's shoes and has narrow ankles.
