Stops working after 1 month

I bought them a month ago and they already don't work anymore. When I connect them to my phone there is no sound or there is only minor interference. I plugged in my old 3 year old headphones and they worked fine but when I went straight back to Wickeds. Nothing. The cable doesn't seem to be cut anywhere. I wasn't expecting too much from them but I at least expected them to last more than a month.
