At last there's a way to hang heavy paintings and other items on drywall without making big holes that are difficult to patch and paint. I was initially skeptical when looking at these tiny hooks that claimed to hold up to 45 pounds (up to 50% humidity, according to the fine print). When I pushed the "claws" into my 1/2" thick drywall with my finger without a hammer or tools, I thought you were kidding! But they have been tested and work great. I have two heavy metal plates that are fully loaded and are carried by two claws each and they've been there for a week with no sign of failure.I've pulled them, pushed them, tried to move them and they still seem very reliable.That's a brilliant engineering idea The set of four we bought came with some pretty cool adhesive guides that make positioning and aligning easy.I just bought a couple packs to hang all the pictures I wanted to hang but was afraid of making big holes in the wall .Very cool product.
