Ok I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for this food. First off I have a 1 year old cat whose food and litter box is placed in our bathroom not the ideal place but for now it works. I love the ingredients in this food and was glad my cat tried it. I think she liked it, but it took me a few days to figure out that the bad smell in my bathroom was from that food. I walked by the bathroom and couldn't figure out what the smell was. I changed the tray and cleaned the entire bathroom including the floors and carpets. I even have an air freshener in it. But the smell was still there. I even went so far as to ask my son, who was sick at home that day, if he burned himself going to the bathroom and wondered if he had an infection and where the smell was coming from. Then it dawned on me that it was cat food. Boom I got it! Please believe me, I am not exaggerating that this smell is so overpowering. I even checked the expiration date to see if there was anything wrong with it. I had to throw it away right away. It's good that the company gave me the money back and didn't force me to return this horrible thing. Stay away. Stay away from this food.
