Review on 👜 RTIC Soft Cooler Insulated Bag: Leak-Proof, Zippered Portable Ice Chest for Travel, Lunch, Work, Cars, Picnics, Beaches & Trips by Evan Zurlo

I'll start by saying I really liked this cooler when I first bought it in mid-December and I still do. The first two photos of the cooler I bought first; and the last two photos of the replacement they sent me. Doesn't it look like two different coolers? The cooler that was sent to me is missing a few things, like a rear desk pocket and extended D-ring straps. When I contacted RTIC for a replacement, they sent me; Their response was that this cooler has a new design that has not yet been published on the website. Haha! Well, if that's the case, then go back. So beware! If for any reason you wish to get a warranty on your Soft Cooler. Very disappointed in my cooler and just wish they would have sent my old one back and I would have fixed the damn zipper myself. I would definitely point someone in a different direction if you know what I mean lol!
