Review on ๐Ÿ“ธ Capture Effortlessly: Vello FreeWave Wireless Remote Shutter Release for Canon (Sub-Mini Connection) by Tony Reid

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good price

I bought a Vello FreeWave wireless remote shutter release to use with the Canon EOS Rebel. Connecting the trigger to the camera is very easy and I love that the remote transmitter is designed to fit into the external flash slot on top of the camera. I found the trigger pretty easy to use. I've used it in both manual (the button on the shutter itself) and remote modes. I've never had any problems in manual mode. There is very little lag when using the remote control. Sometimes the remote control will "timeout" and turn off, so if you use the remote control at a sufficient distance from the camera, You have to go back and turn the power back on. On rare occasions I've pressed the remote button while the remote was still on and connected and the camera didn't take a picture. In the vast majority of cases, however, it works great. Using the remote control, I was able to photograph the birds at the bird feeders right next to my deck, with the camera positioned about a meter or two from the bird feeders. For the price, it's definitely worth the investment. while the camera was about a meter or two from the feeders.
