I'm 5'7 and about 170 pounds and most of my weight is in my midsection so with that said I bought a large which fits good. not to big and not to small just right but the band at the bottom is made for somebody that has a smaller midsection and is to tight. Also I guess I neglected to notice the blue and thought it was black but no biggie I love the colors. The fabric is 95% polyester and it does stretch and is kind of shiny but I still love it. I need to decide wether I should exchange it for a x large or not and hope that the waist band is bigger but then the rest of the sweatshirt will be bigger as well. Keep you posted.
