Review on Avon Wash Off Waterproof Mascara Black Makeup by Angel Caldwell

I ordered gray and blue eyeliner and black mascara over a month ago. Of course, I had no idea the pandemic was about to start. I just opened the blue eyeliner and immediately noticed that the color indicator on the case is off. The eyeliner was apparently Avon's second and that company bought and sold it. I have tried several eyeliners from my order and they are not very good. I don't want a refund or replacement, I just want people to know and be aware. I throw everything I bought in the trash.
