1) Very easy to loosen screws

This is a cheap product. 1) Very easy to remove screws. 2) The screw hole is actually misaligned (good enough, but you have to put in some effort. 3) The included wrench doesn't even fit perfectly on some of the screws. These are all manageable issues though, and good luck finding a more attractive height adjustable monitor at this price point.
