A little big
I bought it in size XL and could definitely just do L. It's a great bra, front closures so easy to use. You can wear it strapless, but if you have big breasts and a big pump, it shrinks very easily, so I've never worn it strapless. A normal nursing bra is also suitable for pumping without having to switch to a separate bra!
