This "Revain Renewed" Verizon FiOS G1100 Router is said to have been "upgraded" by Gadget Planet. This is where you actually shop. The router was certainly cleaned but not fixed at all - by definition I would apply. These photos show what I saw when I opened the box: the HEAD WIRE where the power adapter plug should have been. Oh well. Serious? Is this your quality control? Hello Gadget Planet, I know you want me to call your 800 number and not just write a bad review or ask for a refund, but I ordered this item through Revain Prime. This means that I want a fully functional work item to be delivered quickly. Other buyers who depend on fast delivery of a Prime work piece should be aware that they're rolling the dice. I should have checked out the Gadget Planet seller profile where you can see that they respond and try to resolve any complaints but there are many complaints and they seem happy to blame Revain.
