I laughed out loud when I read "Luxury and Fashion” listed as the main selling points of Anova's LTGEM cases on the product page. Trust me you won't confuse this with Gucci storage for your sous vide circulator. But it's very well made for what it is, everything fits easily as you can see in the photo and all the five star reviews here make sense if you buy it. What you might be wondering is: why need a case for your Anova when it comes in sturdy and easy to store packaging? I've been asking myself the same question for about a year, but I'm very glad I finally bought a suitcase. No buyer regrets. Its two advantages over the box are that the body is a bit more compact - not that drastic, but enough to make a difference, which I like. And the different parts of Anova - the circulation pump, the power cord and the clamp - all snap into place with ease. The box always seemed like a bit of a jigsaw puzzle to me to get everything right again. So I add my five stars to all those that came before me. Just be prepared to wait a bit if you order one - mine was shipped direct from China apparently on the proverbial 'slow boat' given the amount of time it took to get to me.
