She gains weight in thighs and abdomen. I bought her an XL. She could easily fit a size L, but size L would accentuate her tummy while size XL hides it. Size XL is more flowy and looks baggy, which my girlfriend prefers because she doesn't like constantly pulling it in. . She's too small for that. She even steps on a wedge on her dress.
