You need to increase the size. My wrist size was in the medium range for "small" and I have children's hands. It cut off the blood flow to my thumb and left marks on my wrist. I just ordered on Wednesday and will try them. I hope I don't have to return all 4 items. The medium worked, but I cannot return a different size. It's a Taurus because their size doesn't match. Now I see that another person had the same problem. One star for return problems due to wrong size! I just wanted them to act as protection under my rougher brace so I could slip ice packs between this "sleeve" and my brace.
