I sleep on my back and have had great trouble staying on my side and not sleeping on my side. I was so excited that I would often move to the sofa or our recliner in the middle of the night. It was uncomfortable! I bought a Snoogle but I didn't like the fact that I couldn't easily turn from side to side at night and overall wasn't comfortable in it. I needed more support not just on one side but on both sides. So I returned it and got this. The game. changer. Yes it's huge but it's amazing. It makes sleeping on my side a lot easier and more natural. The pillow hugs the body closely and offers perfect support for the back and stomach on both sides. It's so comfortable and soft! I have a gray jersey case and I really like it. I understand what people mean by the round part being a little tight, which you can feel on the shoulder when sleeping on your side, but I just cover it with a pillow and don't feel it anymore. I really love that I can still use my pillow with this! Another great thing about this pillow is that it totally helps with acid reflux because it gives a bit of buoyancy, especially the pillow. It's also much better than a thin pad between the knees because its thickness offers much better support. My knees hurt but this helped take away that pain! If I still feel like lying on my back, this pillow is perfect because I lean it slightly against the wall, add a pillow or two and that's it! It's definitely an investment, but I think it's worth it!
