I was so happy to receive this item but then got frustrated when I started using it. This company has thought of everything to make this a great product except for the weight distribution issue. I've found that if I don't add ice or water to the ice box after the bin is full, the entire center section floats. So in the first place I didn't want Ice I. The middle tube, but I had no choice but to fill the tube or that middle chamber would be crooked. Then, even when I filled it with ice, it still tilted. It's really easy to fix. All the designers of this product had to do was have a latch on the top cover or grooves on the inside of the cover so it could be screwed on. This way, when there is no ice or water in the ice box, you can unscrew the lid and the center box will stand up straight. Otherwise, it's the perfect container for drinks. Hope that helps. I will be returning the device for this reason only.
