Have had this for a few months now. Use it every day. I usually put it on my belt in the morning when I go to work and take it off when I get home. The spring that makes the clip work relaxes to the point where it no longer wants to stay attached to my belt. Should last much longer than a few months with normal use. There will be an update on how the case protects the phone in a fall when it actually slips off the strap and falls to the ground. UPDATE February 14th. Adding a star for excellent customer service. A replacement will be sent and I'll try again and see if I have the same issue. Opinion on the quality of the product is on hold for now, but the customer service is excellent.
