I accidentally ordered the wrong size and color (don't know how it happened) and although I noticed a mistake after ordering, the website said not to try, to exchange until I have received the shoes. As soon as I received the shoes I was told that it was too difficult, expensive and impossible to return. Instead, I was offered a 30% or 40% refund on an exchange. Very disappointing!
