I wanted a 'casual' bag that would look good at work or in the trunk and work great. It's deep and fits everything I want to carry in my purse, which isn't much. My only downside is that the front pocket opens perpendicular to the wallet. So if I don't zip up the contents will squirt out. Also, the front pocket is only about 4 to 4.5 inches deep (left to right) instead of increasing the width of the wallet. You cannot move items further. However, the bag is over 6 inches, which is great. My Samsung Note with the case fits perfectly and I have room to close it.
